We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Carpenter to join our Engineering & Facilities Management team and play a key role in maintaining our world-class resort and entertainment complex.
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the quality operation, maintenance, and repair of carpentry assets across the Crown Perth Complex. This hands-on role involves preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and handyperson duties to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard.
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across the Crown Perth complex.
Attend to work requests and jobs as directed by supervisors.
Perform general carpentry and handyperson duties as required.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve operational objectives.
Assist colleagues with tasks where required and escalate specialised work to licensed trades when appropriate.
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.
You are a trade-qualified Carpenter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and the ability to build effective working relationships across a diverse organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade Qualification in Carpentry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of building maintenance and engineering services.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
