You've put in your first couple of years, and you're ready for more than prep and cleanup. This role puts you on real custom installs, working toward the precision that defines showroom-quality work.

What You'll Do

• Support full team alignments across active jobsites — running material, tools, and parts where the crew needs them
• Assist with punch list work — finish details, corrections, and final touch-ups that get a job to completion
• Provide field support to Project Managers, helping keep jobs on schedule and communication flowing between the field and office
• Help with cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry tasks as needed
• Move between jobsites to fill in wherever support is needed that day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Work alongside Apprentices, carpenters, and PMs as part of a crew

Requirements

• 2–3 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or related jobsite experience
• Comfortable reading plans and following installation instructions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (daily travel between job sites required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
