Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
3+ years of carpentry experience
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and ability to demonstrate skills with proven experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Be able to lift 100 pounds and perform daily physical labor.
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Must have a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety on every job site.

Responsibilities and Scope:

Take direction from the lead carpenter and foreman.
Understand the scope of work and specifications for each project.
Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently.
Perform all phases of residential carpentry work including, but not limited to framing, trim, cabinetry, flooring, siding, and general finish work.
Guide and collaborate with apprentice carpenters, focusing on craftsmanship and safety.
Ensure work is completed according to local building codes and company’s quality standards.
Identify and communicate job-site issues, material needs, or potential challenges to the lead carpenter.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
