The Carpentry team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide toCushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks asrequired
Key Accountabilities
Completecarpentry and general maintenance tasks asrequired
Identifyopportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager
Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
Adhere to HSSEQ policies,proceduresand legislative requirements
Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance
All works completed withintimeframesto standardrequired
Logon and logoff KPI achievement
Completed works accurately recorded andsendtoadminteam for invoicing within stipulatedtime frames
Future workidentifiedand escalated to client and/or manager
Internal and external customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experienced Carpenter, formal trade qualifications beneficial
Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
Commercial carpentry maintenance experience
Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use ofSmartphones/tablets
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Good English spoken and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
