We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Carpenter to join our growing team.

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our restoration team. As a Carpenter at ServiceMaster, you will play a crucial role in the reconstruction and renovation of damaged properties. From framing and structural repairs to installing finishes and custom woodwork, you will contribute to restoring homes and businesses with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install building materials including wood, drywall, and fixtures.
• Repair and replace damaged structures and components, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
• Install and repair cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and other fixtures.
• Collaborate with restoration technicians, project managers, and subcontractors as part of a team effort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Always adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, techniques.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred.
• Own tools and equipment required for the job.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
