Position: Carpenter
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (temp to hire)
Location: Forsyth, GA
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential and/or commercial carpentry, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
Install structures, fixtures, and building components
Operate hand and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Proven carpentry experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
