Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Dewatering Technician at our Carlin Operation. The successful candidate will safely and effectively maintain and repair of all dewatering equipment and pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively perform maintenance of the dewatering system to include the mine site
• Maintenance and pulling of large horsepower submersible equipment and construction of new pipelines
• Maintenance and repair of all dewatering equipment and pipelines
• Operation and maintenance of potable water treatment plant
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection and production goals with a proven safety record required
• Ability to operate various equipment such as boom truck, forklift and loaders preferred
• Experience with well service work over rigs preferred
• Pipeline construction and welding and skills preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft software required; read and understand work orders preferred
• Must furnish own tools and meet water management required tool list required
• Basic mechanical aptitude with pumps and flows essential with pumping water preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the job required
