Service Areas: Wolfe City, Sherman, Denison, Paris, Rockwall, Commerce, Greenville & surrounding areas

Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Part-Time Home Care Consultant to build community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and families with quality in-home care.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
• Develop outreach activities to generate new referrals
• Represent the company at community events and networking activities
• Identify new referral and business opportunities
• Track leads, referrals, and activities in our CRM
• Work with the care team to support a positive client and family experience
• Help meet referral and growth goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or business development preferred
• Healthcare, senior care, or home care experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the listed service areas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $17 - 23 per hour based on experience
