Lead Caregiver / CNA / PCA / HHA

Locations: El Paso, Anthony & surrounding areas

Pay: $14+/hr | Bi-Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Urgently Hiring

Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for a role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide quality, compassionate care to clients
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
• Support onboarding and training of new caregivers
• Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
• Assist with calls and day-to-day office coordination
• Help maintain consistent, high-quality client care
• Lead by example with professionalism and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Lead Caregiver experience
• At least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
