We’re hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs!

Become part of Caring Senior Service of McAllen, where caregivers play an essential role in everything we do. We’re seeking reliable and caring professionals to provide in-home support to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and nearby communities.

Flexible scheduling is available: day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour options.

Pay range: $9–$12/hour, based on experience, shift assignment, and client needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and daily interaction
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed
• Observe changes in a client’s condition and communicate updates to the care team

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient approach to caregiving
• Ability to read and write in English
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
