Pay: $9–$12 per hour

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Available Shifts: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Caregiver Opportunities in McAllen & Surrounding Areas

Caring Senior Service is currently hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors throughout McAllen and nearby Rio Grande Valley communities.

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience. A variety of scheduling options are available, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one assistance that helps seniors continue living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with the clients and families you support.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs may assist with:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Providing toileting and incontinence care
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating
• Providing medication reminders
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with errands, transportation, and appointments
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Respecting and protecting each client’s dignity, privacy, and independence
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to care
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required
• Experience assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) is preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving can be especially valuable in this role.
