Pay: Starting at $12.50 per hour

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Available Shifts: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts

Caring Senior Service is currently hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors in their homes.

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience. A variety of schedules are available, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors continue living safely, comfortably, and independently at home. You’ll also have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with the clients and families you support.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs may assist with:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands, transportation, and appointments
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Respecting and protecting each client’s privacy, dignity, and independence
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and office staff
• Documenting completed care and promptly reporting concerns

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation is required
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required
• Experience assisting with personal care and activities of daily living is preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional approach to care
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance may be required
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving is especially valuable.
