
AMHC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Caribou Apartments Coordinator to oversee housing operations and support tenant well-being in a residential setting. This role combines property management, tenant support, and behavioral health case management, making it ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and community-focused.
The Caribou Apartments Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Caribou Apartments facility, ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment for tenants. This role also provides direct case management services through the Behavioral Health Home (BHH) program, supporting tenants and other assigned clients in achieving stability and community integration.
Requirements
This position will be divided between the Caribou Apartments 25% and Adult Case Management 75%
· Associate degree in a Human Services field is required.
· Two years of directly relevant experience is required.
· Must be certified at the MHRT-C level at the time of hire.
· Experience with housing services is a plus.
