Caretaker Needed

Join our team at Flat Irons Flex Care and make a difference in the lives of our seniors! As a Caretaker, you will provide non-medical home care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding part-time job that offers flexible hours, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients.

About the Role

As a Caretaker with Flat Irons Flex Care, you will:

• Support our clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide medication reminders and support with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
• Offer light household support, including meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Engage in conversation, provide emotional encouragement, and participate in hobbies and activities with our clients
• Be a companion and friend to our clients, providing a sense of connection and community

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Reliable, compassionate, and responsible
• Able to complete required home care training before working independently
• Physically and mentally able to meet job demands
