The Role

• We’re seeking a dedicated Onsite Caretaker Couple to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This unique opportunity is ideal for a couple with complementary skills, as one person will focus on grounds maintenance, and the other on reception and housekeeping.
• As an onsite couple, you’ll enjoy a collaborative role in maintaining the park’s high standards while ensuring guests have an outstanding stay.

Responsibilities

Grounds Maintenance Role:

• Perform general park maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and basic repairs.
• Ensure amenities, facilities, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and inviting.
• Manage waste disposal, monitor utilities, and maintain the overall appearance of the park.
• Assist with compliance and safety standards.

Reception & Housekeeping Role:

• Provide exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
• Manage bookings using the park’s reservation system.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning cabins and shared facilities.
• Handle administrative duties, such as payments and reporting.

Shared On-Call Responsibilities:

• Respond to after-hours guest needs and emergencies as required.
• Ensure smooth park operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• A motivated and resourceful couple with a passion for guest service and park operations.
• Relevant experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping, or reception is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call and during peak times.
• Basic computer literacy for managing bookings and correspondence.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and First Aid training.
