Caretaker
We are seeking a Caretaker to support the daily cleaning and upkeep of our property(ies). This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and works under the direction of the Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and grounds
Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash pickup
Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal and grounds care
Ensure service vendors complete work as scheduled
Assist with unit turns to prepare apartments.
Replace light bulbs and help maintain maintenance and storage areas
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
