Bupa Ballina is a beautiful care home set in the scenic seaside town of Ballina on the North Coast of NSW. Located near the airport and beaches, this care home provides an awesome tropical landscape. It consists of 123 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. What will you bring?

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
• A passion and energy for world class care
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
