Job Description

About the Role:Join ComForCare Home Care as a Caregiver in Concord, MI and Jackson County, MI where your compassionate care makes a difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals with at least one year of experience or certified nursing assistants (CNA) to provide exceptional home care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Give medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience or certification as a CNA/MA preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
