Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: [$13–$15 per hour]

We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our team in Pennsylvania.Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort while providing the everyday support they need. We’re looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, and committed to treating every client with respect.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, including transferring and positioning clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional conditions.
• Follow care plans and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies.

Skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and provide mobility assistance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Personal Transportation is preferred but not necessary
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
