Right at Home is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care services for seniors and adults with disabilities on the North Side of Indianapolis We have immediate opportunities available for morning and daytime shifts, helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Experience is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidates! Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability for morning or daytime shifts
  
  
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
  
  
• Reliable transportation to reach clients in North Indianapolis and nearby areas
  
  
• Professional, caring, and dependable attitude
  
  
• Clear communication skills in English
  
  
• Ability to follow care plans and ensure client safety
  
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  
  
• Provide companionship and support throughout the day
  
  
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
  
  
• Offer medication reminders
  
  
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
