What does a Caregiver Do?

Every client is different, which makes every day meaningful! Depending on the individual's needs, you may:

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide mobility assistance
• Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

What We're Looking For:

You don't need years of experience to be a great caregiver. Sometimes, the most important qualifications are kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license or identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or CNA is a plus, but not required.
