Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide essential in‑home support that helps clients maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering medication reminders and safety supervision
• Working directly in clients’ homes with flexible shift schedules

Each Caregiver plays a vital role in improving quality of life—one client at a time.Caregiver Requirements

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required (we pay for Caregiver training)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
• Prior Caregiver or healthcare experience is a plus, but not necessary

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
