• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
• Provide medication reminders and companionship
• Help clients maintain independence and safety in their homes
• Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift lengths

• Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
• Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training provided by Right at Home
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate personality
• Passion for helping seniors and individuals needing in-home care
