Compensation:

  • Pay Range: 16-22 $/hour, pay depends on experience and client complexity
  • Automatic travel reimbursement between clients
  • Plus, rate differentials and incentives for weekends, short shifts, complex clients, longer distances (case dependent)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
  • Provide assistance with personal care
  • Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
  • Properly manage household needs
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
  • You will be working in North Austin and Surrounding areas.
  • This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Previous 1 year experience as a professional at home caregiver or in senior communities
  • Has experience with gait belt and mobility aids
  • Clean Background
  • Access to a reliable phone and phone service (Wi-Fi only phones are not acceptable)


Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per day
