Caregiver – Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time and part-time

Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week

SYNERGY HomeCare in Boise is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a supportive local office, we would love to meet you.

Our caregivers provide non-medical, one-on-one assistance that helps clients of all ages and abilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using safe techniques
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands and transportation when included in the client’s care plan
• Follow individualized care plans and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the office team
• Arrive on time and provide dependable care for scheduled shifts
• Respond appropriately during emergencies and promptly contact the appropriate emergency services and office personnel

• Able to follow an individualized care plan
• Willing to assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
• Passionate about helping older adults and others who need support

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We welcome compassionate candidates who are eager to learn and grow through training.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers after training
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings
