Caregiver or CNA – Flexible Schedule | Wichita, KS | Up to $16/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants interested in full-time or part-time in-home care opportunities throughout the Wichita area.

This is a good opportunity for caregivers who enjoy working independently and providing one-on-one support rather than working in a facility setting. Schedules vary based on client needs and may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Pay is up to $17.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and assignment.

What You May Be Doing

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout the home
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
• Accompany clients to appointments and other activities
• Observe changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns appropriately
• Help clients maintain their independence and normal daily routines

Requirements

• Must have your own dependable personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to reliably travel to clients' homes
• CNA certification preferred
• Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, senior care, or personal care experience preferred
• Must be dependable and comfortable working independently
• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with seniors and individuals with disabilities

Scheduling

We are interested in caregivers with a variety of availability.

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekdays
• Daytime hours
• Evenings
• Weekends

You do not need to be available for every type of shift. Let us know when you are available, and we can discuss opportunities that may fit your schedule.
