Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non‑medical support to clients in their homes, including:

  • Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Medication reminders and companionship
  • Supporting clients with daily routines and activities
  • Working various shifts based on client needs and availability

Each Caregiver is matched thoughtfully with clients to ensure comfort, consistency, and quality care.Caregiver Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required (paid training available)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, and compassionate attitude

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
