We are Touching Hearts at Home, Syracuse a nationally recognized leader in home care for older adults. Our organization is seeking compassionate, reliable, and customer-focused Senior Caregivers to join our team! No medical certification required. We provide the training and support you need to be successful in this rewarding role.
Part-time positions require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week The more consistent and open availability you have, the more opportunities! Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we have flexible scheduling options available, including:
  • Day shifts

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a respectful attitude toward the dignity and independence of our clients. Reliability, punctuality, and a flexible, adaptable approach are crucial for success.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and your own insured vehicle
  • Have your vehicle at every shift
  • Reliable phone and internet access
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week
  • Willingness to commute up to 20 miles

Compensation: $18.80 per hour
