🌻 Who We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

🌻 Behavioral Support Experience
- OIS / crisis intervention training
- Pica
- Physical aggressive behaviors
- Verbal aggressive behaviors
- Elopement / wandering
- Property destruction
- Impulsivity or safety-awareness challenges
- De-escalation and redirection techniques
- Trauma-informed care
- Behavior plan implementation

🌻 Medical / Clinical Support Experience
- Medication administration
- G-tube care
- Catheter care
- Seizure monitoring and response
- Diabetes care (blood sugar checks, insulin support)
- Feeding assistance (including modified diets)
- Mobility support / transfers
- Experience following medical protocols and documentation
