About the Opportunity

We are hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in and around the Kent area.

We currently have multiple part-time positions available with different schedules. Whether you're looking for a consistent weekly assignment, a few additional hours around another job, or several clients to build a larger schedule, we can discuss opportunities that fit your availability.

We work to match caregivers with clients close to where they live, generally within a 20-minute drive of home.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and one-on-one support

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and grocery shopping

• Accompany clients to appointments when appropriate

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent at home

Who We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation required

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience strongly preferred

• CNA certification preferred but not required

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Ability to pass required background screenings
