Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Work directly in client homes with consistent and flexible shifts

Caregiver Requirements

  • HCA or CNA preferred but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
