Personal Care Assistant / In-Home Caregiver – Westland, MI (Immediate Opportunities)

CareOne Senior Care is actively hiring compassionate and dependable team members to provide non-medical, in-home care for older adults in Westland and surrounding communities. If you’re looking for meaningful work with flexibility, we’d love to connect with you.

What You Can Expect:

• Hourly pay ranging from $14 to $17, depending on experience and care level
• A variety of shift options including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekends
• Both full-time and part-time availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily personal care routines such as hygiene and dressing
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Provide friendly companionship and supervision
• Support clients experiencing memory-related conditions
• Assist with movement, positioning, and transfers (training provided)
• Accompany clients to appointments or assist with errands as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Strong dependability and communication skills
• Ability to successfully complete a background screening
• TB test required (can be completed during onboarding process)

Service Area:
Positions are available in Westland and nearby areas including Livonia, Canton, Garden City, Inkster, and Redford.
