Position Overview

As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and household support while building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and light snacks
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
