Assisting Hands Littleton is looking for upbeat, compassionate In-Home Caregivers who enjoy staying active, getting out in the community, and making someone’s day every day.

This role requires high flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts, as schedules vary based on client activities and outings.

Castle Pines

We also service the Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch and Surrounding Areas

What Your Day Might Look Like


This isn’t a sit-at-home kind of role; this is a get-out-and-go kind of day!

You might be:

  • - Grabbing coffee or lunch with a client
  • - Heading to a movie, theater show, or local art event
  • - Going shopping or running fun errands together
  • - Taking scenic drives (yes, you’ll be the DJ sometimes 🎶)
  • - Providing companionship, conversation, and support along the way
  • - Driving clients safely to activities, outings, and appointments (could be high volume of driving and driving could include highway driving)

What You’ll Need to Get Started


- At least 1 year of caregiving experience required (In-Home Care or Facility)
- High school diploma or GED; 18 years of age
- Driver’s license, reliable car & auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background & CAPS checks
- Three professional references
- TB test within 30 days of hire
- A kind heart, reliable nature, and positive energy
