Essential Functions
*Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
*Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
*Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
*Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
*Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
*Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
*Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
*Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
*Reliable transportation.
*Current TB Test.
