Responsive recruiter About the Role:Join our dedicated team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Clarksville as a Caregiver Floater, where you will provide compassionate support to clients in their homes. This dynamic role allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
  • Administer medication and manage health-related tasks as directed.
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Adapt to various client needs and locations as a floater caregiver.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as needed.
  • Background check and drug screening required.
