We’re currently hiring caregivers in Kalamazoo, MI for part-time and full-time roles (this is not a PRN position). Whether you prefer mornings, evenings, nights, or overnights, we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.

✨ What you’ll do:
Every day looks a little different, but your impact is always meaningful.

Companionship
You’ll brighten someone’s day—through conversation, activities, light housekeeping, running errands, or accompanying them to appointments. You’ll also help with medication reminders.

Personal Care
Support clients with daily needs like meal preparation, bathing, grooming, mobility, and gentle exercise—always with dignity and respect. We make sure you’re prepared with a clear care plan and all the details you need, so you can feel confident going into every shift.

Care & Communication
You’ll stay connected with our supportive office team, sharing updates so we can continue providing the best care possible—for both our clients and their families. We make sure communication is clear from shift to shift, so you always feel supported and set up for success.

✨ What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months of experience caring for a senior or adult
• A kind heart and genuine compassion
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

💡 No certification? No problem. While CNA or HHA credentials are a plus (and come with higher pay), they’re not required—we value your experience most.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
