We currently have part‑time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring kindness, dignity, and support to those who need it most. Please note: this position requires commuting to clients' homes in Salt Lake County.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide essential one‑on‑one care that improves the daily lives of our clients. Responsibilities include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or outings, medication reminders, and creating meaningful connections that foster emotional well‑being. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a lasting impact.

Benefits You'll Receive

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for commute to Salt Lake County)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
