Caregiver / CNA | North East Baltimore | Up to $18.75/hr

Part-Time & Full-Time Shifts Available | Flexible Scheduling | Own Transportation Preferred

About the Opportunity

We are looking for dependable and compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in communities throughout North East Baltimore.

We currently have both part-time and full-time shifts available. This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking to build a consistent schedule while providing meaningful support to older adults and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home.

Pay is based on experience, certification, client assignment, and shift, with opportunities paying up to $18.75 per hour.

Typical starting rates include:

• CNA caregivers: $18.00/hr and up
• Non-CNA caregivers: $17.50/hr and up
• Select assignments: Up to $18.75/hr

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living
• Plan and prepare meals based on client needs
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with shopping and errands when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe clients and report changes or unusual incidents
• Follow the client's individualized care plan
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• CNA certification welcomed but not required for all caregiver positions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation is strongly preferred
• Ability to reliably report to scheduled shifts throughout North East Baltimore
