We’re not a traditional home care agency. We’re a nurse-led, advocacy-driven team, and we treat caregivers as critical members of the care plan, not an afterthought.

Current Opportunities: In-Home Caregivers and CNAs
  • Location Chicago
  • Pay: Starting at $17/hour
  • Schedule: Day and night shifts available, longer shifts preferred
  • Overtime Pay Opportunities: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week
  • Client Needs Vary: Dementia care, mobility support, personal care, companionship

What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in a private home
  • Support Clients with ADLs (bathing, toileting, transfers, meals, etc.)
  • Work closely with Nurse Case Managers who help guide the care plan
  • Build long-term relationships with Clients and their families
