About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care in Hendersonville, TN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, comfort, and care in the place they love most — home. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
  • Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
  • Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
  • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
