Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care services to clients needing daily assistance and support. As a Caregiver (Experienced) with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Encourage independence, socialization, and engagement in activities that bring joy and fulfillment
• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Florida HHA or CNA certification
• 1 year of home care experience
• AxisCare experience a PLUS
