University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support to clients in Brighton, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with their daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping duties related to client care.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or needs to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene techniques.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
