Willow Valley Communities is seeking compassionate and dedicated PRN Caregivers to join our exceptional Connections at Home team!

Compensation

  • $16/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you’ll make a real difference each day by supporting clients in their homes. You will:

  • Arrive on time for each assignment and complete tasks outlined in the individualized plan of care

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including:

    • Preparing meals and washing dishes
    • Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping)
    • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dusting, vacuuming)
    • Offering companionship through conversation, reading, games, and activities
    • Reminding clients to take medication
  • Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding services provided and any changes or concerns in a client’s health

  • Use sound judgment and maintain strict client confidentiality

  • Positively represent Connections at Home in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • Previous experience or education in home care, human/social service OR related field!
  • Interest in working with older adults
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
  • CNA certification is not required

Schedule & Hours

  • PRN (as needed)

Work Location

Care is provided in private homes throughout Lancaster County and within Willow Valley Communities
