NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Life Skills Trainer/Caregiver
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $18–$20/hour based on experience, education, licensure, etc.

What You’ll Do
• Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals in residential and community settings.
• Support individuals with everyday life skills including meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Encourage independence and help individuals participate in meaningful activities and experiences.
• Support employment by helping build positive relationships between individuals and their employers.
• Accompany individuals on community outings, activities, appointments, and other experiences—or provide transportation when needed.
• Work closely with clinical team members to support individualized therapeutic and behavioral plans.
• Celebrate progress, encourage new experiences, and help the individuals we serve live life to the fullest!
What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field preferred.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successful completion of required background checks.
• A caring, compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A reliable and responsible approach to your work.
• A commitment to providing high-quality support every day.
