This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Do you have a great sense of humor and enjoy having fun while making a difference? A welcoming family in the Madison area is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support a mom and her adult son in their home. If you enjoy meaningful work, staying active, and building positive connections, this could be the perfect fit.

Schedule
Full-time: 32–40 hours per week 
Preference for late mornings/early afternoons 
Flexible scheduling available 

Responsibilities
General housekeeping and household support 
Laundry assistance and putting items away 
Grocery shopping and family errands (mileage reimbursement provided) 
Meal prep and cooking 
Providing respectful, attentive support to disabled family members 
Maintaining professionalism and staying engaged during shifts 

Qualifications
Reliable, dependable, and patient 
Outgoing and fun personality is a big plus 
Experience working with adults with mental health needs required 
Prior caregiving experience strongly preferred 
Must remain awake and attentive during shifts 

Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and personal vehicle required 
Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire 
No allergies to cats — the family has three cats in the home
