Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility
- Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and pharmacy visits
- Assist with active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan, and document any observed changes for the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CPR certification (in-person class required)
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- At least 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
- Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Eligible for AHCA Level 2 background check
- Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background check
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, reach, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
