Key Responsibilities (may vary by client)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Help with transportation to appointments or errands
  • Support personal care needs, including bathing and toileting
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members

Qualifications

  • Previous home care experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Access to email and a smartphone
  • Criminal background screenings
  • Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

Home Helpers Home Care, is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area. We recognize our direct care staff as our greatest asset and offer: competitive compensation, initial & ongoing training, flexible hours, and a FRIENDLY & SUPPORTIVE WORK ATMOSPHERE.

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Aiding with activities of daily living
  • Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
  • Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Providing companionship
