Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Family Home Setting | Meaningful Work | Steady HoursWe’re looking for two dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join a supportive family home and make a real difference every day. If you’re patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others live their best lives, this could be a great fit.
Schedule First & Second Shift• 40 hours per week (Full-Time)• Must remain awake during shifts
Compensation $18.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience• Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking caregivers who are:• Experienced with Autism, Physical Limitations, and Adult Mental Health• Reliable, dependable, and professional• Patient and respectful of personal boundaries• Comfortable working in a family-home environment• Preferably older, experienced caregivers• Able to limit cell phone use to emergencies only while on shift
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include supporting both an adult male with Autism and a family member with physical limitations:• Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene)• Ensuring cleanliness and dignity after toileting• Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills• Supporting self-regulation techniques• Providing verbal encouragement and motivation• Assisting with laundry for the household• Meal prep and cooking• Light housekeeping and dishes• Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments
This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.
Requirements Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle• Authorized to work in the U.S.• Ability to pass a criminal background check
