What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
You’ll provide essential, in-home support to up to five individuals per week (depending on your availability and travel preferences). Your role may include:
  • Helping clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
  • Providing dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance
  • Being a reliable and caring presence that promotes safety, wellness, and quality of life

What You Bring:
  • A kind heart, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to help others
  • Ability to follow care plans and complete tasks with professionalism and respect
  • Willingness to travel to member homes (caseload varies by region and preference)
  • Comfort working independently and communicating clearly with clients and care teams

Requirements (We cover the costs!)
  • A recent physical or Statement of Good Health
  • Based on program selection -- Negative TB screening within the past 12 months (2-step skin test)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (we offer training if needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
